Grill Dust Recipes
FLETCHER'S EGGS

4 large eggs                        
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. Fletcher's Grill Dust
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Whip eggs, milk and Grill Dust well.  Add in cheese.  Cook in medium heat skillet until cooked through, stirring often.  Serves 2.

Serve with bacon, sausage and toast for a very good breakfast!

CHICKEN BREASTS – ½ TO 1 LB.

Rotisserie grill:

Sprinkle breasts with Grill Dust and grill at 250 degrees for 45 minutes or until inside temperature reaches 170 degrees.

Charcoal or gas grill:

Sprinkle breasts with Grill Dust and grill at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.  Turn and cook for an additional 15 minutes then remove from direct heat until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.

STEAKS – BEEF – 12 to 16 oz.

Rotisserie, gas or charcoal grill

Sprinkle steaks with Grill Dust and ¼ oz. Dale’s Steak Sauce.  Grill at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.  Turn and cook for additional 10 minutes.

STEAKS – PORK – 12 to 16 oz.

Rotisserie, gas or charcoal grill

Sprinkle steaks with Grill Dust.  Grill at 250 degrees for 15 minutes.  Turn and cook for an additional 15 minutes.

PORK LOIN – 3 to 5 lbs.

Rotisserie Grill

Sprinkle pork loin with Grill Dust.  Place on rotisserie grill for 45 minutes at 250 degrees or until inside temperature reaches 160 degrees. 

Charcoal or gas grill

Sprinkle pork loin with Grill Dust.  Grill at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, then remove from direct heat until inside temperature reaches 160 degrees.

BEEF BRISKET – 12 to 16 lbs.

Rub brisket with mustard and sprinkle with Grill Dust.  Cook for 10 hours at 200 degrees on indirect heat.

DUST 'N DEER

2 lbs. tenderized venison
2 cups buttermilk
2 tablespoons GRILL DUST
2 cups flour

Mix buttermilk and Grill Dust.Place deer in solution and marinate for 30 minutes.  Dredge in flour and fry in oil until golden brown.  Serves 6.

DUST 'N DUCK

2 lbs. duck breast
2 cups buttermilk
2 tablespoons GRILL DUST
2 cups flour

Cut duck breast into 1/2 in. strips.  Mix buttermilk and Grill Dust. Place duck in solution and marinate for 30 minutes.  Dredge in flour and fry in oil until golden brown.  Serves 6.

GREEN BEAN BUNDLES

1 pound fresh green beans
Olive oil
GRILL DUST
Bacon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Blanch green beans for 3 minutes. Toss them in olive oil and Grill Dust. Bundle about 5 TO 7 green beans and wrap a piece of bacon around the bundle. Place in a roasting pan and roast for 10 to 15 minutes, until bacon is cooked

SPICY POPCORN

Pop Popcorn (Microwave or Regular). Using Spray Butter, spray popcorn to taste.
Toss Popcorn to mix butter and spray additional if needed. Sprinkle Grill Dust to taste while mixing up to ensure even coating.

TEX-MEX DIP

Blend together:

! cup salsa
1 cup mayo
16 oz. sour cream
1 envelope Knox vegetable soup
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. Grill Dust
1 pkg. Wendy's Chili Seasoning

Chill overnight.  Serve with Fritos

BLACK-EYED PEA DIP

Mix in baking dish:

! chopped med. onion sauted in 2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
1 env. buttermilk Ranch dressing
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 (16 oz.) cans black-eyed peas washed and drained
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 tsp. Grill Dust

Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake for 20 min. at 350 degrees.

Serve with Fritos.

1 can Rotel, drained
1 (8 oz.) block of cream cheese
1/2 tsp. Grill Dust

Blend, chill, serve.
